LUGUAN Plastic Factory(SHANDONG SUNBURST PLASTIC TECH Co., Ltd)established in 1994 in Qingzhou city, Shandong province, specializes in producing high-end greenhouse films. It covers an area of over 120, 000 square meters and has more than 200 employees, with more than 120 million fixed assets. The daily production capacity reaches more than 300 tons and its annual production capacity is over 95, 000 tons. We take the lead in having passed ISO9001 quality system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification. According to the market demand, a new type of anti-mist and anti-dripping film named "wet coating film" was successfully invented in 1999. The wet coating film was taking place of other kinds of agricultural films since then in China.
We developed PO film (dry coating film) firstly in China according to the technology of the wet coating film in 2008. Then 5-layer coating PO film was firstly invented in 2016. Now we have more than 20 patents on the agricultural films.
The raw materials we used are all imported from international well-known companies such as ExxonMobil, BASF, Dow, LG, Mitsui etc. To provide the best functions for our customers. Since then, as the inventor and leader of coating PO film, which is far beyond the quality of the products of the peer, our company has developed rapidly with new record sales every year.
In 2017, our company obtained the largest order -total 10, 000 tons in the history of the world′s agricultural film by virtue of our excellent quality and influence. This order is the one of the projects of "the Belt and Road Initiatives" put forward by our General Secretary Xi. The annual sales in 2017 is over 40, 000 tons.
